Free biweekly yoga sessions held in Children's Hospital

Frankenfield

A free yoga class is underway every other Thursday in the Wadlington A conference room in Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. The classes are held from 5:30 to 6:15 a.m., and are led by Heather Frankenfield and Lissa Wooten, both licensed instructors. 

No experience is necessary to participate. Attendees should bring a mat, water, and may also want to bring a towel and a yoga block. Those who need a mat may text Frankenfield at 615-944-9242 or Wooten at 615-739-7851
