It’s apparent to residents and visitors alike that the Nashville area is booming, which has driven up the need for health care services in the region. To meet this exploding demand, Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) quickly expanded its footprint, opening new clinics and increasing its number of inpatient beds. Join four dynamic female leaders from VUMC to hear how the organization matured its approach to create scalable processes for strategic growth.
