eStar Updates and Changes: death notifications for cancer care teams

Beginning Jan. 15, a death notification message will be sent to the in basket when a patient’s status changes from alive to deceased. This will apply to the following care team specialties:

• Gynecologic Oncology
• Neuro-Oncology
• Urologic Oncology
• Pediatric Hematology and Oncology
• Pediatric Oncology
• Radiation Oncology
