eStar update: Finding open pre-op or pre-procedure notes

Beginning May 13, unsigned or incomplete pre-op or pre-procedure clinic visits will display in the My Open Charts message folder in In Basket. This change will help surgeons and proceduralists more quickly find and close open pre-op or pre-procedure clinic visit notes.

The In Basket message will list elements missing from the documentation, helping clinicians more quickly complete and sign the note.
