Guest Services goes from gold to royalty (royal blue)

It’s been seven years since Guest Services introduced their gold blazers to the Medical Center.

Dave Andrews, director of Guest Services, said, “Our goal was to stand out as a service delivery expert who is knowledgeable and caring.”

The message is still the same, the type of employee who provides directions and information is still the same, but it was time to make a uniform change. The change came from listening to our employees who still want to look professional but also wear a uniform that provides more options and more comfort. Our employee uniform committee finally agreed on the royal blue color along with several uniform options that were available.

So, the message going forward is, “Go ask the person in the royal blue; they can assist you.”
