New conflict of interest disclosure system now live for VUMC

On Jan. 1, 2018, VUMC deployed a new conflict of interest disclosure system. Creation of this site is part of the continued effort to separate systems shared with Vanderbilt University. The new link for the VUMC conflict disclosure system is https://coi.app.vumc.org/coi and should be used to complete your conflict of interest (COI) disclosure for FY 17/18 and going forward.  If you completed your COI disclosure between July 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2017, you do not need to submit a new disclosure.

 VUMC employed faculty should not use this system to complete their COI disclosures. COI disclosures for School of Medicine and School of Nursing Faculty employed by VUMCwill continue to be handledthrough the Office of Faculty Affairs.

Users will now need to connect to the Medical Center's virtual private network (VPN) to access the COI system if they are outside of the VUMC network.  For instructions on how to connect to the VPN, please visit https://www.vumc.org/it/vpn
