The Conversation published a piece, “A way around opioids: Target the type of pain for better pain relief,” that quotes David Edwards, MD, PhD, assistant professor of Anesthesiology and Neurological Surgery.

WKRN News 2 produced a series of reports on homelessness in Nashville. One of the stories focused on the efforts of Sheryl Fleisch, MD, assistant professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, to provide medical care for homeless people.
