Windows update on clinical workstations continues

Since July 6, multiple clinical workstations (CWS) around VUMC have been receiving an update. These updates are centrally managed by VUMC IT and happen in the early morning hours to minimize disruption to patient care.

Additionally, not all CWSs are being updated simultaneously. For patient care areas that require CWS access in these early morning hours, users may find a nearby machine to continue to their work. Each update is estimated to around 45 minutes to one hour to complete.
