eStar Update: Update to referral to anticoagulation monitoring order

Beginning Dec. 16, there will be an update to the referral to anticoagulation monitoring order, which will help streamline order workflow.

The same questions will appear for both inpatient and ambulatory users, though different questions will populate for adult and pediatric patients. The adult question updates will reduce the need for follow-up from the Coumadin clinic.
