Deadline is Oct. 31 to claim Doximity profile

In preparation for the 2022 voting season for U.S. News and World Report’s Best Hospitals ranking, it’s important that those who are eligible claim their profiles on Doximity.com by Oct. 31, 2021.

This is important because:

• Doximity, a “LinkedIn for doctors,” is critically connected to the U.S. News and World Report Best Hospitals reputational survey and other components of the rankings.
• Claiming and correcting your profile can make a big difference in VUMC’s overall position in the Best Hospitals rankings.
• Claiming and correcting your profile helps assure the accuracy of your digital footprint – the information about you that can be found online, from contact information to credentials.

The profile must be claimed by Oct. 31, 2021, in order to be offered an opportunity to vote in the 2022 reputation survey. For context, VUMC made the Honor Roll of Best Hospitals in 2021 by a single point, so it's clear that each point matters.
