Abstract
A Literacy Professional Development engaged in a year-long quality improvement project to seek ways to define and deepen its impact on its clients' student learning. Through the lens of self-efficacy and customer loyalty theories and a mixed methods data collection approach, recommendations are provided to the organization on how they increase their impact, improve their relationships with clients, and, ultimately, most positively impact student learning.
