The top five reasons to complete "Defining Personalized Care: Be Welcoming" this week

Defining Personalized Care — Elevating Our Culture of Service is a two-year initiative that provides the knowledge and skills that will help all VUMC employees improve the ability to deliver personalized care through exceptional service.

Feb. 1 is the deadline to complete the first installment, “Defining Personalized Care: Be Welcoming” via this link. 

• It will improve the service VUMC provides to each other, as well as to patients and their family members.
• It takes 15 minutes or less to complete.
• You can take it via a desktop or mobile device.
• You will learn new tools that you can start using right away.
• You must complete “Be Welcoming,” so you can take the next learning segment that rolls out soon.
